  WB analysis using 68268-1-Ig (same clone as 68268-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68268-1-Ig (ZHX2 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68268-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 68268-1-Ig (same clone as 68268-1-PBS)

  WB result of ZHX2 antibody (68268-1-Ig; 1:24000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-ZHX2 transfected HEK-293 cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68268-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 68268-1-Ig (same clone as 68268-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 68268-1-Ig (ZHX2 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68268-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Zinc fingers and homeoboxes protein 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ZHX2 gene. ZHX2 Act as a transcriptional repressor, represses the promoter activity of the CDC25C gene stimulated by NFYA (PMID:12741956). In addition to forming homodimers, this protein heterodimerizes with member 1 of the zinc fingers and homeoboxes family.
