  WB analysis using 25214-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25214-1-AP (ZKSCAN1 antibody) at dilution of 1:6000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 25214-1-AP

  WB result of ZKSCAN1 antibody (25214-1-AP; 1:6000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-ZKSCAN1 transfected HEK-293 cells.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using ZKSCAN1 antibody (25214-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

ZKSCAN1(Zinc finger protein with KRAB and SCAN domains 1), also named as ZNF139, is a member in transcription factor zinc finger protein family(PMID: 24515389). Zinc finger protein 139 (ZNF139) gene is proved play an important role in gastric cancer, overexpression of ZNF139 correlated with tumor differentiation, invasion depth, clinical stage, lymphatic metastasis, and blood vessel invasion(PMID: 25436386, PMID: 25561801). The molecular weight of ZKSCAN1 is 64 kDa.
