  WB analysis of THP-1 using 84121-5-RR (same clone as 84121-5-PBS)

  THP-1 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84121-5-RR (ZNF350 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84121-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of A431 using 84121-5-RR (same clone as 84121-5-PBS)

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug ZNF350 Recombinant antibody (84121-5-RR, Clone:241225D5) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84121-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84121-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84121-5-RR against Human ZNF350 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

ZNF350 (Zinc finger protein 350), also known as zinc-finger and BRCA1-interacting protein with a Kruppel-associated box (KRAB) domain (ZBRK1), is involved in the development of several human tumor types, including breast, colon, and cervical carcinomas. ZNF350 has been identified as a transcriptional suppressor that can either form complexes with other proteins or play a direct transcriptional suppressive role in a single-factor form (PMID: 30613364). Overexpression of ZBRK1 has the potential to inhibit cancer cell migration and suppress metastasis activity suggesting that ZBRK1 may behave as a metastasis suppressor (PMID: 19996286).
