  WB analysis using 23716-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 23716-1-AP (ZNF521 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of A431 using 23716-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using ZNF521 antibody (23716-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

In the hematopoietic system ZNF521 is highly expressed in stem and progenitor cells but not in more differentiated precursors or mature leukocytes (PMID: 23907569, 21593590).
