• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Ösophaguskarzinomgewebe, humanes Hautkrebsgewebe, humanes Hautgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Hintergrundinformationen

ZNF750 is a novel nuclear protein highly expressed in differentiated skin keratinocytes. Mutation of ZNF750 is linked with familial psoriasis. Recently ZNF was found to be significantly mutated in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Expression of ZNF750 is decreased in ESCC compared to the normal tissue.
