  WB analysis using 16595-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16595-1-AP (ZNHIT1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse liver using 16595-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse liver tissue slide using 16595-1-AP (ZNHIT1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 16595-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using ZNHIT1 antibody (16595-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Mauslebergewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: A431-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen

Hintergrundinformationen

ZNHIT1(Zinc finger HIT domain containing protein 1), aslo named CGBP1 (Cyclin G1 binding protein 1), is a subunit of the SNF-2 related CBP activator protein (SRCAP) complex, which can remodel chromatin by incorporating the histone variant H2A.Z into nucleosomes(PMID: 15647280). ZNHIT1 also can bind to myogenin promoter and mediate H2A.Z incorporation for its expression(PMID: 20473270). ZNHIT1 overexpression induces apoptosis and represses proliferation and invasion of breast cancer cells(PMID: 30928405).
