  1x10^6 Transfected Vero were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug dsRNA Recombinant antibody (85780-2-RR, Clone:250708A2) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), and 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

dsRNA is formed by the base pairing of two RNA strands, creating a double helix structure similar to DNA, but with some differences. dsRNA can be generated through various mechanisms. In the context of viral infections, it can be derived from the genomes of dsRNA viruses, replication intermediates of single-stranded RNA viruses, or bidirectional transcription of certain DNA viruses.
