  WB analysis using 67122-1-Ig (same clone as 67122-1-PBS)

  67122-1-Ig was lysised and subjected to SDS-PAGE followed by western blot with 67122-1-Ig and isotype control antibody 66360-1-Ig at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. HRP-goat anti-mouse kappa chain secondary antibody was used for detection. . This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67122-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
