  WB analysis using 85192-1-RR (same clone as 85192-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85192-1-RR (p75NTR antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85192-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85192-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85192-1-RR against Rat NGFR/TNFRSF16 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.148 nM.
