  WB analysis using 84185-5-RR (same clone as 84185-5-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84185-5-RR (4-1BBL/TNFSF9 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84185-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of Raji using 84185-5-RR (same clone as 84185-5-PBS)

Informations générales

TNFSF9, also named as 4-1BBL, belongs to the tumor necrosis factor family. It is a cytokine that binds to TNFRSF9. TNSF9 induces the proliferation of activated peripheral blood T-cells. It may have a role in activation-induced cell death (AICD) and may play a role in cognate interactions between T-cells and B-cells/macrophages.
