  WB analysis of mouse brain using 84434-4-RR (same clone as 84434-4-PBS)

  mouse brain tissue was subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84434-4-RR (5'-Nucleotidase/CD73 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84434-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of 4T1 using 84434-4-RR (same clone as 84434-4-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed 4T1 cells using 5'-Nucleotidase/CD73 antibody (84434-4-RR, Clone: 241541F5 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84434-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84434-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84434-4-RR against Mouse CD73 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Informations générales

CD73, also known as ecto-5'-nucleotidase (5'-NT), is a glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol-linked membrane-bound glycoprotein found in most tissues (PMID: 18404475; 20179192). CD73 is an ectoenzyme that catalyzes the dephosphorylation of AMP and other nucleoside monophosphates (PMID: 9553767). In the human immune system, CD73 is expressed on subsets of T and B cells, on germinal center follicular dendritic cells, and on thymic medullary reticular fibroblasts and epithelial cells (PMID: 2137649; 9553767). CD73 is highly expressed in many human solid tumors and is closely involved in cancer progression (PMID: 20179192).
