  IHC staining of human lung cancer using 68350-1-Ig (same clone as 68350-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung cancer tissue slide using 68350-1-Ig (ACAN antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68350-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

Aggrecan (ACAN), also named CSPCP, AGC1 and MSK16, belongs to the aggrecan/versican proteoglycan family (also including versican, brevican and neurocan). It is a major component of the extracellular matrix of cartilaginous tissues. A major function of aggrecan is to resist compression in cartilage. It binds avidly to hyaluronic acid via an N-terminal globular region.
