  WB analysis of Jurkat using 82967-1-RR (same clone as 82967-1-PBS)

  WB result of ACAP1 antibody (82967-1-RR; 1:3000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-ACAP1 transfected Jurkat cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82967-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82967-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82967-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82967-1-RR against Human ACAP1 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.42 nM.

Informations générales

ACAP1, also named as Centaurin-beta-1, is a 740 amino acid protein, which is expressed Highly in lung and spleen. ACAP1 as a GTPase-activating protein (GAP) for ADP ribosylation factor 6 (ARF6) is required for clathrin-dependent export of proteins from recycling endosomes to trans-Golgi network and cell surface and required for regulated export of ITGB1 from recycling endosomes to the cell surface and ITGB1-dependent cell migration.
