  WB analysis of Jurkat using 17570-1-AP (same clone as 17570-1-PBS)

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17570-1-AP (ACAP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 17570-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

ACAP3 (Arf-GAP with coiled-coil, ANK repeat and PH domain-containing protein 3) , also known as CENTB5, is a protein-coding gene that belongs to the ACAP family of GTPase-activating proteins (GAPs). ACAP3 is involved in neuronal migration in the developing cerebral cortex of mice. Knockdown of ACAP3 in the developing cortical neurons of mice in utero significantly abrogated neuronal migration in the cortical layer, ACAP3 is involved in neuronal migration in the developing cerebral cortex of mice.
