  WB analysis using 10086-1-AP (same clone as 10086-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10086-1-AP (ACVR1B antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 10086-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

ACVR1B (ALK4, activin A receptor type 1B) is a transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) superfamily member (PMID: 37020544). A potential role for ACVR1B in regulating muscle mass is that it is part of the transforming growth factor b (TGFb) pathway regulating myostatin (PMID: 21063444).
