  IF Staining of NIH/3T3 using 83026-5-RR (same clone as 83026-5-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed NIH/3T3 cells using ACVR1B antibody (83026-5-RR, Clone: 230260E12 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83026-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HEK-293 using 83026-5-RR (same clone as 83026-5-PBS)

  1x10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human ACVR1B (83026-5-RR, Clone:230260E12) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83026-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83026-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83026-5-RR against Human ACVR1B were performed. The affinity constant is 16.1 nM.

ACVR1B (ALK4, activin A receptor type 1B) is a transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) superfamily member (PMID: 37020544). A potential role for ACVR1B in regulating muscle mass is that it is part of the transforming growth factor b (TGFb) pathway regulating myostatin (PMID: 21063444).
