  WB analysis using 86131-1-RR (same clone as 86131-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86131-1-RR (ADSL antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86131-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 86131-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 86131-1-RR against Human ADSL were performed. The affinity constant is 4.05 nM.

Adenylosuccinate lyase (ADSL) is an essential enzyme for de novo purine biosynthesis and the purine nucleotide cycle, where it plays a key role in the regulation of adenosine monophosphate levels in the cells. Given its crucial role in both cellular replication and metabolism, it is not surprising that ADSL has been found dysregulated in several malignancies, including breast and endometrial cancers as well as glioma.
