  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67402-1-Ig (AGXT antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67402-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

AGXT (AGT) is a key enzyme in glyoxylate detoxification. Mutations of AGXT lead to primary hyperoxaluria type I, a rare metabolic disease which is characterized by deficient AGXT, excessive hepatic oxalate production that leads to renal failure.
