  WB analysis using 85769-4-RR (same clone as 85769-4-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85769-4-RR (AKT3 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85769-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85769-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85769-4-RR against Human AKT3 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.696 nM.

Informations générales

AKT3, also named as PKBG, is one of 3 closely related serine/threonine-protein kinases (AKT1, AKT2 and AKT3) called the AKT kinase, and which regulate many processes including metabolism, proliferation, cell survival, growth and angiogenesis. AKT3 is a key modulator of several tumors like melanoma, glioma and ovarian cancer. Active AKT3 increases progressively during melanoma tumor progression with highest levels present in advanced-stage metastatic melanomas.
