  WB analysis of HeLa using 82083-1-RR (same clone as 82083-1-PBS)

  WB result of ALKBH5 antibody (82083-1-RR; 1:8000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-ALKBH5 transfected HeLa cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82083-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82083-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82083-1-RR against Human ALKBH5 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Informations générales

ALKBH5, also named as ABH5 and OFOXD1, is a Dioxygenase that demethylates RNA by oxidative demethylation. It is a mammalian demethylase that oxidatively reverses m6A in mRNA in vitro and in vivo. ALKBH5 is required for spermatogenesis. There're some isoforms of ALKBH5 with MW 40-44 kDa and 52 kDa.
