AMAC1L2, also known as SLC35G5, belongs to the transporter protein family 35 member G5. This protein has an N-terminal α-helix, a central β-side and a C-terminal structural domain at the cell membrane. The role of SLC35G5 in the tumor microenvironment as a drug target and also as a biomarker for diagnosis and treatment monitoring.
