  WB analysis of mouse liver using 86415-1-RR (same clone as 86415-1-PBS)

  mouse liver tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86415-1-RR (AMDHD1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86415-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

AMDHD1 is a protein-coding gene that encodes the enzyme imidazolonepropionase. It is involved in the histidine catabolic process and has one potential isoform. The protein of AMDHD1 is located in the cytoplasm, and is expressed in all tissues, mainly in the liver, kidney and adrenal gland.
