first 2 lanes are whole cell lysate. ARHGAP21doesn't show up prominently but does show up in last 2 lanes which are purified biotinylated proteins surrounding out protein of interest. This seems to indicate that the antibody works but just that the cells we use express levels that are below the level of detection unless it is enriched (such as with our purification protocol)
