  WB analysis of Jurkat using 15665-1-AP

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15665-1-AP (ARHGAP9 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

ARHGAP9 belongs to RHO family of small GTPases, which inactivate RHO GTPases by stimulating their intrinsic GTPase activity. Several ARHGAP9 transcript isoforms were reported: including calculated mass of 81-83 kDa, 71 kDa and 61-63 kDa.
