  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83489-1-RR (ARID4A antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83489-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Sandwich ELISA standard curve of MP00489-3

  Sandwich ELISA standard curve of MP00489-3, Human ARID4A Recombinant Matched Antibody Pair - PBS only. 83489-1-PBS was coated to a plate as the capture antibody and incubated with serial dilutions of standard Ag33114. 83489-2-PBS was HRP conjugated as the detection antibody. Range: 78.1-5000 pg/mL.

  The mean ARID4A concentration was determined to be 9.3 ng/mL in DU 145 cell extract based on a 3.2 mg/mL extract load, 18.1 ng/mL in MCF-7 cell extract based on a 3.5 mg/mL extract load.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MCF-7 cells using ARID4A antibody (83489-1-RR, Clone: 240436A4 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83489-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of U2OS using 83489-1-RR (same clone as 83489-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug ARID4A Recombinant antibody (83489-1-RR, Clone:240436A4) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83489-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83489-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83489-1-RR against Human ARID4A were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
