  WB analysis using 84650-4-RR (same clone as 84650-4-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84650-4-RR (ARNT,HIF1B antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84650-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 84650-4-RR (same clone as 84650-4-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using ARNT/HIF-1 beta antibody (84650-4-RR, Clone: 242111G2 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84650-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 84650-4-RR (same clone as 84650-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug ARNT/HIF-1 beta Recombinant antibody (84650-4-RR, Clone:242111G2) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84650-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84650-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84650-4-RR against Human ARNT/HIF-1 beta were performed. The affinity constant is 0.109 nM.

Informations générales

HIF1B(HIF-1 beta), also named as ARNT, is a 789 amino acid protein, which forms a heterodimer with AHR, AHRR, HIF1A and EPAS1/HIF2A as well as with other bHLH proteins. HIF1B is Required for activity of the Ah (dioxin) receptor. This protein is required for the ligand-binding subunit to translocate from the cytosol to the nucleus after ligand binding. The heterodimer with HIF1A or EPAS1/HIF2A functions as a transcriptional regulator of the adaptive response to hypoxia.
