  WB analysis using 14099-1-AP (same clone as 14099-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14099-1-AP (ASAP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 14099-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of mouse lung using 14099-1-AP (same clone as 14099-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse lung tissue slide using 14099-1-AP (ASAP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 14099-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

ArfGAP with SH3 domain, ankyrin repeat, and PH domain 3 (ASAP3) is a specific ARF6 GTPase-activating protein (GAP), also termed DDEFL1 and ACAP4, which comprises ArfGAP and ankyrin repeat (ANK) domains in the C-terminus and BAR and PH domains in the N-terminus.ASAP3 is considered to be an important regulator in cancer cell migration/invasion and actin-based cytoskeletal remodeling.
