  WB analysis using 84578-3-RR (same clone as 84578-3-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84578-3-RR (ATL3 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84578-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HeLa using 84578-3-RR (same clone as 84578-3-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using ATL3 antibody (84578-3-RR, Clone: 241937G3 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84578-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84578-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84578-3-RR against Human ATL3 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.14 nM.

Informations générales

ATL3, belonging to a class of dynamin-like GTPase, was reported to mediate ER fusion. ATL3 is required for the proper formation of the network of interconnected tubules of the endoplasmic reticulum. ATL3 functions as a receptor for ER-phagy, promoting tubular ER degradation upon starvation. Mutations in this gene may be associated with hereditary sensory neuropathy type IF.
