  WB analysis using 20495-1-AP (same clone as 20495-1-PBS)

  A549 cells were subjected to Tris-Acetate gel system followed by western blot with 20495-1-AP (ATRX antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 20495-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of rat brain using 20495-1-AP (same clone as 20495-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded rat brain tissue slide using 20495-1-AP (ATRX antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 10x lens). Informations générales

The α-thalassemia mental retardation X-linked protein (ATRX) is a member of the Switch 2, sucrose non-fermenting 2 (SWI2/SNF2) family of helicases/ATPases that exhibits chromatin remodeling activity. ATRX contains an atypical plant homeodomain (PHD) finger domain that recognizes a combinatorial modification pattern on histone H3 tails. ATRX mutations in cancer are most commonly found in pediatric and adolescent malignancies including glioma, neuroblastoma, adrenocortical carcinoma and osteosarcoma(PMID: 32015155).
