  WB analysis using 85955-1-RR (same clone as 85955-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85955-1-RR (Annexin A13 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85955-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85955-1-RR

Informations générales

Annexin A13 (ANXA13) is believed to be the original founder gene of the 12-member vertebrate annexin A family, and it has acquired an intestine-specific expression associated with a highly differentiated intracellular transport function (PMID: 11961095). ANXA13, which is highly expressed in the digestive system and believed to be the original founder gene of the annexin A family (PMID: 28423508). Limited evidence suggests that ANXA13 may play a role in apoptotic cell-mediated immunosuppression, hypertension, and cell death recognition (PMID: 28423508). ANXA13 is highly expressed in the human colon adenocarcinoma cell line HT29.
