  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66711-1-Ig (B3GAT1 antibody) at dilution of 1:8000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66711-1-Ig (B3GAT1 antibody) at dilution of 1:8000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  1X10^6 K-562 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human CD57 (66711-1-Ig, Clone:1F4A11) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (66360-2-Ig, Clone: K11A1B2A2) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

B3GAT1 is associated with glycosaminoglycan biosynthesis. It plays a key role in neurodevelopment. The calculated molecular weight of B3GAT1 is 38 kDa and 66711-1-Ig antibody detectes 100 kDa form in SDS-PAGE which might as a result of homodimer or glycosylation.
