  1x10^6 HEK-293T cells (left) or B7-H4 transfected HEK-293T cells (right) were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Rat B7-H4 Rabbit RecAb (98552-2-RR, Clone: 250392E12) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98552-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

B7-H4, also named VTCN1, B7X, or B7S1, is a single-pass type I membrane protein, which contains two immunoglobulin-like domains and belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. B7-H4 negatively regulates T-cell mediated immune response by inhibiting T-cell activation, proliferation, cytokine production and development of cytotoxicity. B7-H4 is over-expressed in many cancers, including breast, ovarian, endometrial, renal cell and non-small-cell lung cancers.
