  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24315-1-AP (BCORL1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 24315-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

BCORL1 is a transcriptional corepressor found tethered to promoter regions by DNA-binding proteins. BCORL1 can interact with class II histone deacetylases, and interact with the CtBP corepressor through the CtBP binding motif-PXDLS (PMID: 21989985, 17379597). The open reading frame of BCORL1 cDNA encodes a protein of 1711 amino acids. The antibody recognized a band migrating through SDS-polyacrylamide gels at a size of ∼200 kDa.
