  WB analysis using 23101-1-AP (same clone as 23101-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 23101-1-AP (BEND3 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 23101-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HEK-293 using 23101-1-AP (same clone as 23101-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HEK-293 cells using BEND3 antibody (23101-1-AP) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 23101-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

BEND3 is a quadruple BEN domain-containing protein that associates with heterochromatin and functions as a transcriptional repressor. BEND3 is highly expressed in pluripotent cells, and the induction of differentiation results in the down-regulation of BEND3. (PMID: 35217604, PMID: 25600804)
