  WB analysis using 68175-1-Ig (same clone as 68175-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68175-1-Ig (BLVRA antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Alpha Tubulin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66031) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68175-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of A549 using 68175-1-Ig (same clone as 68175-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed A549 cells using BLVRA antibody (68175-1-Ig, Clone: 2A10F2 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68175-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

BLVRA(Biliverdin reductase A) is also named BLVR, BVR, and belongs to the biliverdin reductase subfamily. It catalyzes the conversion of biliverdin to bilirubin in the presence of NADPH or NADH. This protein can exist as a dimer(PMID:11773068). Defects in BLVRA are the cause of hyperbiliverdinemia (HBLVD).
