  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82928-1-RR (BMPR1A antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82928-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IP experiment of HEK-293 using 82928-1-RR (same clone as 82928-1-PBS)

  IP result of anti-BMPR1A (IP:82928-1-RR, 4ug; Detection:82928-1-RR 1:2000) with HEK-293 cells lysate 1920 ug. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82928-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 82928-1-RR (same clone as 82928-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug BMPR1A Recombinant antibody (82928-1-RR, Clone:230137B7) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82928-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

BMPR1A (Bone morphogenetic protein receptor type-1A) is also named as ACVRLK3, ALK3 and SKR5. BMPR1A is an essential receptor for BMP signaling (PMID: 26279380). BMPR1A is necessary for chondrogenesis and osteogenesis (PMID: 32764110). BMPR1A is a cell surface marker of human SuSCs (PMID: 33658353).
