  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 23897-1-AP (same clone as 23897-1-PBS)

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 23897-1-AP (BTBD8 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 23897-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

BTBD8, also named as BTB/POZ domain-containing protein 8, is a 378 amino acid protein, which is highly expressed in fetal brain and localizes in the nucleus. BTBD8 exists two isoforms and the molecular weight of isoforms are 43 kDa and 35 kDa.
