    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31747-1-AP (C11orf61 antibody) at dilution of 1:15000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31747-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

C11orf61, also known as MSANTD2 (Myb/SANT DNA Binding Domain Containing 2) , is thought to be associated with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorders and schizophrenia in humans. MSANTD2 is expressed in a wide variety of human tissues, especially in the brain, and particularly during fetal development. MSANTD2 has a Myb/SANT DNA-binding structural domain that may be involved in DNA binding and transcriptional regulation. ( PMID:35980103 )
