  WB analysis using 20492-1-AP (same clone as 20492-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20492-1-AP (C19orf50 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 20492-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

C19orf50, also known as KXD1 (KxDL motif-containing protein 1), a human uncharacterized coiled-coil protein, is a BLOS1-interacting protein. C19orf50 has been shown recently to interact with BLOC-1 subunits and may play a role in lysosome movement and localization at the cell periphery. C19orf50 was evaluated in NSCLC and LUAD (PMID: 33936200, 22554196).
