  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83626-5-RR (C1orf83 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83626-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of U2OS using 83626-5-RR (same clone as 83626-5-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using C1orf83 antibody (83626-5-RR, Clone: 240678F1 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83626-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83626-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83626-5-RR against Human C1orf83 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Informations générales

Chromosome 1 open reading frame 83 (C1orf83) is also called TCEANC2, a little-studied transcription elongation factor. The rs10788972 variant of the TCEANC2 gene in the PARK10 region is closely associated with sporadic PD in the American population, while both rs10788972 and rs12046178 variants are not associated with sporadic PD in the Chinese Han population (PMID: 25663231; PMID: 26432391).
