  WB analysis using 68310-1-Ig (same clone as 68310-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68310-1-Ig (C6orf108 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68310-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HEK-293 using 68310-1-Ig (same clone as 68310-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HEK-293 cells using C6orf108 antibody (68310-1-Ig, Clone: 2C4E1 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68310-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

C6orf108 also named as DNPH1, catalyzes the cleavage of the N-glycosidic bond of deoxyribonucleoside 5'-monophosphates to yield deoxyribose 5-phosphate and a purine or pyrimidine base. Deoxyribonucleoside 5'-monophosphates containing purine bases are preferred to those containing pyrimidine bases (PMID: 24260472). Expressed at low levels in brain, colon, lung, peripheral blood leukocytes, placenta, small intestine, and thymus. Expressed at high levels in heart, kidney, liver, skeletal muscle and spleen. Overexpressed in a significant proportion of breast cancers (PMID: 18726892).
