  WB analysis using 86000-1-RR (same clone as 86000-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86000-1-RR (CA1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86000-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 86000-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 86000-1-RR against Human CA1 were performed. The affinity constant is 2.78 nM.

CA1(Carbonic anhydrase 1) is also named as CAB and belongs to the alpha-carbonic anhydrase family, which may reside in cytoplasm, in mitochondria, or in secretory granules, or associate with membranes in cell. It forms a large family of genes encoding zinc metalloenzymes of great physiologic importance. Extracellular CA1 mediates hemorrhagic retinal and cerebral vascular permeability through prekallikrein activation(PMID:17259996).
