  WB analysis using 85706-1-RR (same clone as 85706-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85706-1-RR (Carbonic Anhydrase 4/CA4 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85706-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse lung tissue slide using 85706-1-RR (Carbonic Anhydrase 4/CA4 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85706-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85706-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85706-1-RR against Human CA4 were performed. The affinity constant is 9.62 nM.

Informations générales

CA4(Carbonic anhydrase 4) is a glycosylphosphatidyl-inositol-anchored membrane isozyme expressed on the luminal surfaces of pulmonary, chorionic (and certain other) capillaries and of proximal renal tubules. It plays a critical role by maintaining the pH in the outer retina, which is important for the normal function of photoreceptors. This protein belongs to the alpha-carbonic anhydrase family.
