  WB analysis using 84760-4-RR (same clone as 84760-4-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84760-4-RR (CAB39 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84760-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of C6 using 84760-4-RR (same clone as 84760-4-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed C6 cells using CAB39 antibody (84760-4-RR, Clone: 242094G11 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84760-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84760-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84760-4-RR against Human CAB39 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.304 nM.
