  WB analysis using 13464-1-AP (same clone as 13464-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13464-1-AP (CABLES1 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 13464-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

CDK5 and ABL1 enzyme substrate 1 (CABLES1) is a novel Cdk2, Cdk3, and Cdk5 binding protein, which acts as a link between the Cdks and nonreceptor tyrosine kinases and regulates the activity of Cdks by enhancing their Y15 phosphorylation. CABLES1 is a candidate tumor suppressor that negatively regulates cell growth by inhibiting cyclin-dependent kinases.
