  WB analysis using 17675-1-AP (same clone as 17675-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17675-1-AP (CABP7 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 17675-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

CABP7 belongs to the calmodulin superfamily of proteins and harbors 2 high-affinity EF-hand motifs and a C-terminal transmembrane domain. CABP7 controls cytokinesis by modulating phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate (PI4P) levels in cells.
