  WB analysis using 83864-1-RR (same clone as 83864-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83864-1-RR (CAMSAP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83864-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of Neuro-2a using 83864-1-RR (same clone as 83864-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Neuro-2a cells using CAMSAP1 antibody (83864-1-RR, Clone: 240633H1 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83864-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

There are three members in the CAMSAP family of mammals, namely CAMSAP1-3. Despite having similar structures, these proteins have different distribution patterns within intracellular spaces and tissues. CAMSAP1 (Calmodulin-regulated spectrin-associated protein 1) is mainly expressed in nervous tissue, testis, and liver (PMID: 37903275).
