  WB analysis using 83300-3-RR (same clone as 83300-3-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83300-3-RR (CARHSP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83300-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

• 

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 83300-3-RR (same clone as 83300-3-PBS)

  WB result of CARHSP1 antibody (83300-3-RR; 1:2000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-CARHSP1 transfected HEK-293 cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83300-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

• 

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 83300-3-RR (same clone as 83300-3-PBS)

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CARHSP1 Recombinant antibody (83300-3-RR, Clone:230489A2) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83300-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

CARHSP1(calcium-regulated heat-stable protein 1, a 24 kDa protein also known as CRHSP-24) is a ubiquitously expressed phosphoprotein that is comprised of 147 amino acids with nearly 14% proline (PMID: 21990353,30257675). CARHSP1 was discovered as a biomarker for diabetic retinopathy and as a regulator of TNF-α mRNA stability in macrophages (PMID: 21078874). CARHSP1 may be involved in oxidative stress via traffic between stress granules and processing bodies (PMID: 21177848).
