  WB analysis of mouse lung using 24276-1-AP (same clone as 24276-1-PBS)

  mouse lung tissues were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24276-1-AP (CFAP36 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 24276-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

CFAP36 (Cilia- and flagella-associated protein 36), also known as CCDC104(Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 104), whose function is unknown, is expressed in various human tissues, including the brain, and is localized mainly to the nucleus, but is also found in the cytoplasm(PMID:19680650). It may act as an effector for ARL3. This protein has 2 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
