  WB analysis using 31922-1-AP (same clone as 31922-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31922-1-AP (CCDC167 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31922-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

• 

  IF Staining of U2OS using 31922-1-AP (same clone as 31922-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed U2OS cells using CCDC167 antibody (31922-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31922-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Coiled-coil domain (CCD) constituents are alpha-helix motifs expressed in different types of proteins, which can function in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, migration, and signal transduction (PMID: 9171830; 17428801). The coiled-coil domain containing 167 (CCDC167, also known as HSPC265 and C6orf129) is a membrane protein highly expressed in the lymph node. It is associated with immune function, which could be a therapeutic target for breast cancer and asthma (PMID: 33461170; 31821602).
